  • Do you deliver to Sentosa?
    We offer islandwide delivery services in Singapore, including Sentosa Island. However, please note that Jurong Island is an exception and is not within our delivery coverage
  • How much is the delivery?
    Delivery fees may vary based on your choice of a party set or subscription plan. Larger purchases may qualify for complimentary delivery. For more information about delivery fees, please refer to the product page for details.
  • Do you ship out of Singapore?
    We do not offer shipping services outside of Singapore.
  • How will the cocktails be delivered to me?
    All our cocktails are individually packaged and sealed. For cocktail party sets, they will be delivered in a portable and water resistant party bag. For subscription-based orders, the cocktails will be delivered in a Vodking's paper bag.
  • Do you deliver on Sunday?
    We offer delivery services from Monday to Sunday. To secure your preferred delivery slot, please inform us in advance to ensure availability.
  • How can I select my delivery date for subscription order?
    For monthly subscription, you can let us know which day you would like your cocktails to be delivered. Take for an example: Every second Saturday between 4pm to 6pm.
  • Any chance to place an order that is less than 1 week in advanced?
    Please drop us an email with your contact details and the date of your party. We will try our very best to make it happen.
  • How can I choose my cocktails?
    Our team will reach out to you to assist with selecting your preferred cocktail choices within 2 business days. To ensure a smooth process, please double-check that the email address and mobile number provided in your order are correct.
  • Do you sell the cocktails individually?
    Please be aware that we do not sell cocktails individually. You can either choose from our party sets or opt for a monthly subscription plan. For personalised orders, reach out to our team directly.
  • Can I place a bulk order for a large gathering or event?
    We invite you to reach out to us directly for a personalised discussion. Our team is eager to collaborate with you, understand your requirements, and tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
  • How long in advanced should I place my order?
    To ensure the cocktails are prepared and mixed to perfection, we kindly request a minimum of 7 working days or 1 week advanced booking.
  • What is the volume and alcoholic content of the cocktails?
    Each cocktail is thoughtfully prepared and comes in a generous 200ml volume. However, the alcoholic percentage can vary for each cocktail. Refer to our menu to get detailed information about each cocktail, including its unique ingredients, flavours, and alcohol content.
  • How does the subscription plan works?
    For those who want to enjoy our cocktails regularly, we offer convenient subscription plans that allow you to have your favourite cocktails delivered to your doorstep on a monthly basis.
  • Can I change my cocktails selection during the subscription plan?
    You have the flexibility to change your cocktail selections during your subscription period. Just inform us at least 2 weeks in advance, and we'll be happy to swap them for you, ensuring you get the cocktails you desire.
  • Do you have any selection for mocktails (no alcoholic content)?
    We do not offer any non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails). Vodking Singapore and Just Drink Lah specialise exclusively in crafting and delivering alcoholic cocktails.
  • What is the specific type of sugar used in the cocktail preparation?
    All our cocktails are mix with zero-calorie and high-quality sweeteners, ensuring guilt-free indulgence.
  • How best should I consume the cocktails?
    You have the option to enjoy our cocktails directly from the packaging or pour them over ice for a refreshing experience.
  • How should I store the cocktails?
    All our cocktails are delivered chilled, and for the best experience, it's recommended to store them in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness.
  • What is the shelf life of the cocktails?
    It's advisable to consume our cocktails within 3 months from the date of delivery for the best taste and quality.
  • What if I do not hear from Just Drink Lah after placing my order?
